Rule 2.12. Effects of the determination of no probable cause

If in this hearing to determine probable cause, the judge finds that there is no probable cause to file a complaint or if there is cause for a lesser fault than the one the minor is charged with, the advocate may submit, and a judge of the Court of First Instance, other than that who intervened in the hearing to determine probable cause, may consider the matter again with the same or other evidence, within the maximum term of sixty (60) days from the date of the Resolution.
