§ 2244. Administrative procedure supplemented by income tax provisions

For anything not provided for in connection with the administrative procedure necessary for the effectiveness of this chapter, the Income Tax Law of 1924, as amended, shall be supplementary hereto in so far as said administrative procedure is not in conflict with any of the provisions hereof.
