§ 2235. Tax on unfair profiteering

There shall be levied, collected and paid, in addition to any other income tax in force, a tax equal to eighty percent (80%) on the unfair profiteering obtained by any taxpayer; Provided, That this tax shall not be levied in those cases where the amount of the tax covered by the reimbursement applied for is less than fifty (50) dollars.
