§ 1926. Reimbursement of motor vehicle taxes to members of Armed Forces—Denial; finality of decision

Should any of the provisions specified in the preceding section not be complied with, the Secretary of the Treasury shall deny the claim and no administrative or judicial recourse will be admitted against his decision.
