§ 316. Agencies for the sale of internal revenue stamps—Appropriation for salaries

In order to enforce the provisions of § 313 of this title, the amount needed to cover the compensation of the agents is hereby appropriated from any general funds in the Treasury of Puerto Rico, not appropriated for other purposes.
