§ 10609. Administration; evaluation by the Department of the Treasury

Except when it is otherwise provided in this chapter, the Secretary of Housing shall be in charge of the administration of this chapter, and shall exercise the powers, perform the duties, and shall comply with the obligations imposed by this chapter. The duties established in this chapter, related to income taxes, shall be administered by the Secretary of the Treasury.
