§ 83e. Qualified agreements of the Authority—Causes of civil action

The Commonwealth may be sued before the Court of First Instance of Puerto Rico in civil causes for acts that arise from the guarantee and from any qualified interest rate exchange agreement of the Authority that refers to the guarantee, without the application of the limitations established in § 3077(c) of Title 32.
