§ 82e. Qualified agreements for the Commonwealth—Causes for civil action

The Commonwealth may be sued before the Court of First Instance of Puerto Rico in civil causes for acts that arise from any qualified interest rate exchange agreements, without the application of the limitations established in § 3077(c) of Title 32.
