§ 8a. Fund for Investigation and Audit of Financial Institutions and Gambling Casinos—Advance of funds

The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to make advances to the Fund created by §§ 7—8a of this title from unencumbered funds in the Commonwealth Treasury whenever necessary.
