§ 4154. Right to deny access to the property

If the rent due from the occupant remains unpaid twenty (20) days after such rent became due, the operator may, without prior notice to such occupant, deny him/her access to the leased space in the self-service storage facility or self-service mobile storage unit where the occupant has stored his/her property.
