The funeral home shall not alter the costs originally contracted under any circumstances. In other words, the statement of account shall indicate the cost agreed upon and contracted beforehand less the total amount of the contributions received from relatives and friends. The applicant (contracting party) shall only be billed for the remainder of the debt, if any.
