The Compulsory Registry for Merchants and Businesses Program shall be responsible for preparing a registry consisting of an inventory in which statistical data may be identified and published, such as: number and amount, sales volume and type of services or company which entrepreneurs and other businesses are engaged, and other businesses that operate for profit in Puerto Rico.
