The contract shall include the following notice, which shall be written in the space immediately above the buyer’s signature, in thirteen (13) point type:
“This is not a retail installment sale contract. Its cancellation shall bring about penalties.
“Do not sign this contract without reading it or if it has blank spaces. You are entitled to a copy of this contract”.
