Any person who violates the provisions of any section of this chapter shall be sanctioned by the Secretary with the established administrative penalties and sanctions, which include the imposition of a fine which shall not exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per violation, pursuant to the power granted in § 341q of Title 3, part of the act known as the “Organic Act of the Department of Consumer Affairs”.
