The buyer shall retain and display to the public any precious metal or precious stone purchased from a seller for a minimum period of twenty (20) days counting from the date of purchase, after which period he/she may offer the goods for sale. Provided, That he/she cannot make any change or modification of any sort to the purchased item, with the intention of perpetrating a fraud.
