It shall be considered that a textile product is advertised in a deceitful manner if in the advertisement, public notices or printed material used directly or indirectly to promote the sale of said product, the content or composition thereof is not reported as provided in § 2155 of this title. Provided, That in those cases, it shall not be necessary to specify the percent of the fiber or fibers content in the product. Likewise, the provisions of this section shall not be applicable to the commercial advertisements presented in newspapers, radio, television and movie theaters.
