§ 2082. Public advertisement

All commercial establishments, including traveling businesses, that sell and/or rent video and/or computer games used with electronic machines or equipment which are not operated with coins and/or tokens, and which are connected to a television set or a projection screen, as well as those used in a computer shall place and permanently keep a sign in Spanish and English in a clear and understandable language by any common person with the rating and the definition of each category of the video and/or computer games rating system sold and/or rented. Such advertisements shall be located place [sic] that is visible to all persons who visit the establishment or traveling business, including children.

In addition to the provisions of the previous paragraph, all advertisements or promotion of any video and/or computer game, issued through any local mass communications media, be it newspapers, magazines, posters, signs, among others, shall include as a part thereof the rating of said video and/or computer game, according to the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) System.
