The Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs is hereby empowered to impose administrative fines of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor greater than five thousand dollars ($5,000) for violation of § 2071 of this title, pursuant to §§ 341—341w of Title 3, known as the “Department of Consumer Affairs Organic Act”.
