Every movie theater and commercial establishment, including any itinerant business, that sells or rents movies in video and in any other format, technique or system, must permanently post a sign in the English and Spanish languages with the symbol and definition of each category of the rating system for the movies being shown, sold or rented, in a language that is clear and understandable to the common person. Said sign shall be posted in a place visible to all persons that visit the establishment, or itinerant business, including children. In movie theaters, the sign shall be fixed in a place where the consumer can clearly read it before buying the tickets.
