§ 1863. Name

The name of any limited liability partnership, whether domestic or foreign, shall include the words sociedad de responsabilidad limitada or “limited liability partnership”, or the acronyms “S.R.L.” or “SRL” or “L.L.P.” or “LLP” at the end of its name.
