§ 1621. Commercial deposits, defined

In order that a deposit may be considered commercial, it is necessary:

(1) That the depositor, at least, be a merchant.

(2) That the wares deposited be commercial objects.

(3) That the deposit constitute in itself a commercial transaction, or be made by reason of commercial transactions.
