The acts and contracts made by the factor shall be valid with respect to his constituent, provided they are prior to the time the former is informed by proper means of the revocation of the powers of attorney or of the alienation of the establishment.
They shall also be valid with regard to third persons, until the provisions of subsection (6) of § 1036 of this title have been fulfilled, with regard to the revocation of powers of attorney.
