§ 1579. Fines imposed on factors

Fines imposed upon a factor by reason of violations of the fiscal laws and regulations of the public administration in his management as factor shall be immediately enforced against the property he manages, without prejudice to the right of the principal against the factor for his guilt in the acts which gave rise to the fine.
