§ 1575. Effect of obligations contracted by

When factors transact business in the manner prescribed in the foregoing article, the obligations they may contract shall be binding upon their principals.

Any action to compel them to fulfill such obligations shall be brought against the property of the principal’s establishment or enterprise and not against the property of the factors, unless it is confused with that of the former.
