§ 1573. Manager, when legally considered as factor

The manager of an enterprise or manufacturing or commercial establishment for the account of another, authorized to administer it, direct it, and to transact business relating thereto, with more or less power, as the owner may have considered advisable, shall have the legal qualifications of a factor, and the provisions contained in this section shall be applicable to him.
