§ 1153. Decision of questions arising at fairs

Such questions as may arise at fairs over contracts executed thereat, shall be decided in accordance with the provisions of this Code, at a hearing before the district judge of the town where such fair is held, provided the value of the thing in litigation does not exceed five hundred dollars ($500).
