§ 1136. Announcement

Transactions involving public securities, when made through brokers, shall be announced viva voce immediately after they are agreed upon, without prejudice to the transmission of the proper memorandum to the Board of Directors.

Other transactions shall be announced in the quotation bulletin with a statement of the maximum and minimum purchase prices of merchandise, transportation and freightage, of the rate of discount, and of the rate of exchange on drafts and loans.
