§ 998q. Violation of provisions; penalties

Any natural or juridical person who violates the provisions of §§ 998 l —998q of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a minimum fine of fifty dollars ($50), and a maximum fine of five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment in jail for a term of not less than thirty (30) days nor more than six (6) months, or by both penalties, in the discretion of the court. Each transaction in violation of the above provisions shall constitute a separate infringement and shall be punished as such.
