§ 971j. Revocation of license

Any license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may, upon notice and after giving the interested party an opportunity to be heard, be revoked by the Secretary, or shall be returned to him, in the following cases:

(a) Sale, assignment or transfer of the junkyard.

(b) Violation of any of the conditions imposed by the Secretary in the license.

(c) Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.

(d) Any violation of the penal laws in the operation of the business.
