§ 783. Reconsideration before the Commissioner; judicial review of orders or resolutions

(a) Any final determination by the Commissioner grounded on the statute or on any rules or regulations issued by virtue of this chapter may be subject to reconsideration and review pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the “Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico”.

(b) The motion to reconsider shall be jurisdictional in nature in order to petition the judicial review.
