§ 743. Blank spaces in contract

It is hereby expressly prohibited to leave blank spaces in contracts to be filled in later by the seller. However, if delivery of the goods is not made at the time of the execution of the contract, the serial numbers or identification marks of the goods or other similar information and the due date of the first installment may be inserted in the contract after its execution.
