Each license issued under §§ 345 and 350 of this title shall be issued for a period not exceeding one (1) year and shall specify the date upon which it is to terminate, and upon a showing satisfactory to the Secretary of Agriculture, it may from time to time be renewed or extended by a written instrument, which shall specify the date of its termination.
