§ 266. Penalties

Any person who violates §§ 258, 260, 263(f) or 264 of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction punished by a fine not less than five thousand dollars ($5,000) nor more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or by imprisonment not exceeding one (1) year, or by both penalties, in the discretion of the court.

Persons accused of violating the sections previously mentioned shall be entitled to a jury trial.
