Traditional and artisan cuisine business, other than those that are part of a business chain, whose higher sales volume does not exceed [five hundred] thousand dollars ($500,000) annually and that are located in the coastal zones of the Island and in other places with a high concentration of local and international tourist visits, are hereby exempted from the application of this chapter. However, these shall be obliged to place a notice stating the use of trans fats in the preparation of food.
