The establishments engaged in sale of food or mobile food units shall have available the original labeling of all food products:
(a) Containing fat, oil or semi-solid fat.
(b) That, when purchased by the establishments engage to the sale of food or mobile food units, are required to be labeled by federal and Commonwealth laws.
(c) That are being stored, distributed, held for service, used in the preparation of any product from a menu, or served in establishments engaged in the sale of food or mobile food units.
