§ 211. Protection of Puerto Rican products—Unlawful use of stamp or seal

Any producer, manufacturer or dealer who shall use the stamp or seal of guaranty of the Puerto Rico Association, after said Association has canceled his permit, or before the Puerto Rico Association may have issued him a permit to utilize said stamp or seal of guaranty, shall be subject to a fine of not less than five hundred ($500) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000).
