(a) Any person who infringes the provisions of this chapter or any order or regulation promulgated thereunder shall be subject to the maximum daily penalty for each violation as issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs and as set forth in §§ 341 et seq. of Title 3, known as the “Organic Act of the Department of Consumer Affairs”.
(b) Any person who intentionally gives a false representation or statement or issues a false certification under this chapter or the regulations promulgated hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
