§ 4253. Double voting

Any person who, without being entitled to vote, succeeds in doing so or who, although having the right to vote, should do so more than once, shall be guilty of a fourth-degree felony and, upon conviction, shall be punished by imprisonment, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 4644 and 4694 of Title 33.
