§ 4240. Forged signatures or unauthorized information in endorsement petitions for primaries

Any person who forges a signature in an endorsement petition for primary or for registration of a political party, or includes a voter’s information without his authorization in said petition or in a related report shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not less than one (1) year or more than three (3) years, or by a fine not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000), or both penalties, at the discretion of the court.
