§ 1336. Balloting at nominating convention

Delegates and alternate delegates should be bound to endorse in the first balloting at the national nominating convention the aspirant to the presidential nomination for which they were selected and also duly certified for that right by the Chairman of the Commonwealth Elections Commission.
