§ 961e. Electors for the presidential election

For the election of the President and Vice President of the United States of America, Puerto Rico shall have eight (8) designated presidential electors and four (4) alternate presidential electors. Said presidential electors shall meet in the Capitol Building of the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico, on the Monday after the second Wednesday in December of the year in which the presidential election is held, to perform the duties provided by the Twelfth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.
