§ 633d. Failure to file reports

If any person or committee having the responsibility to file any report required under this chapter knowingly fails to do so, or if after having been compelled by the Office of the Election Comptroller, obstinately and stubbornly refuses to do so, such person or committee shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be subject to the administrative fines that the Office may impose.

The criminal action for this misdemeanor shall prescribe in five (5) years.
