The Office of the Election Comptroller and the officials, agents, or employees thereof shall not incur civil liability for any action taken in good faith in the performance of their duties and responsibilities pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, and shall be compensated for all costs incurred with respect to any claim for which they enjoy immunity according to the provisions set forth herein and under the laws of Puerto Rico and the United States of America.
