§ 632a. Administrative orders, circular letters, memoranda

Any administrative order, circular letter, memorandum, or interpretive document of the State Election Commission or the Office of the Election Comptroller regarding any matter covered by this chapter shall be evaluated and amended, as appropriate, within the terms set forth for the approval and adoption of the regulations created pursuant to this chapter. Any other administrative order, circular letter, memorandum, or interpretive document that is inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter or the regulations adopted thereunder, shall lack validity and effectiveness. This provision shall not limit the authority of the Board of Election Comptrollers to issue administrative orders, circular letters, memoranda, or interpretive documents when it deems it necessary to achieve the purposes of this chapter.
