§ 631c. Review criterion

The determinations of the Office of the Comptroller or the Chair of the State Election Commission under this chapter shall be upheld if there is substantial evidence in the administrative record. The determinations of law shall be reviewable in all aspects, with the deference that is due to the interpretation made by the Office of the Election Comptroller or the Chair of the State Election Commission under this chapter when administering and implementing this chapter and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
