§ 627a. Last-minute contribution reports

Any contribution or gift in excess of one thousand dollars ($1,000) received from a source after the October 31 st Report and before the November 15 th Report of the election year shall be reported to the Office of the Election Comptroller within a twenty-four (24)-hour period after receiving it. The report shall state the full name of the candidate and his/her committees, political party, or political action committee that received the contribution or gift, as well as their mailing address. The report shall also state the name of the donor or contributor, his/her mailing address, and identification. Last-minute contributions or gifts shall also be included in the next report filed by the candidate and his/her committees, political parties or political action committees with the Office of the Election Comptroller.
