This chapter shall be interpreted in favor of the elderly person in such a manner that the guarantees and rights provided in the Bill of Rights of Elderly Persons [sic].
This chapter shall be interpreted liberally regarding all matters leaning toward respect toward the individuality and autonomy of elderly persons.
