§ 406. Term of office of directors

The five directors representing organized labor and the additional director appointed by the board shall be initially appointed for the following term: two for four years, two for three years, two for two years. Upon expiration of such terms, their succesors shall be appointed for terms of four years.

Any vacancy shall be filled by the board with a person with the same representation and for the unexpired term of the director who caused the vacancy.
