(a) The Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions shall issue one (1) license for each mortgage loan originator. Each license shall include the name of the licensee, the street address of the office in Puerto Rico where the business shall be conducted, the date of issue, and the effective date of the license. The license issued to engage in the mortgage loan originator business shall not be transferrable and shall be displayed in a conspicuous place in the office to be viewed by the public.
(b) Every mortgage loan originator licensed under the provisions of this subchapter shall register with the nationwide mortgage licensing system and registry and maintain a unique identifier provided by said entity.
(c) Every licensee under the provisions of this subchapter shall be issued a unique identifier provided by the nationwide mortgage licensing system and registry. The unique identifier of every person that originates mortgage loans shall be clearly written in all application forms, mail, and advertisements, including business cards or websites, and in any other documents used for mortgage loans, as may be established through norms, regulations, or orders issued by the Commissioner.
