§ 3047. Faculties and powers of the Commissioner

Nothing that is provided in this chapter shall affect the faculties and powers that the Commissioner has under §§ 2001 et seq. of this title, known as the “Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions Act”, or any other act that succeeds it.
